I have to be careful with this one, dude might be a clone to the masses, but a jackal behind closed doors. One thing is certain, it takes a rare breed to act this much the fool on cable television. Meterologists have a pretty tough gig, Doplar, barometer, precipitation, humidity, etc. Suffice it to say it takes a tough man to make a tender forecast, but what sort of forecast is this?
