    From the looks of it, this dude was JOTD sometime back in January. (His original crime was pretty funny too: "McGowan demanded money from a 54-year-old man and hit him with a rock that was inside a sock.") Today he seems more like a candidate for When Keeping It Jackal Goes Wrong.
