This is far beyond Gay Clone of the Day. This guy is a fuckin' idiot, had a shitty job and now he's really fucked. Hey, Derek, I like my McDonald's 1/4 pounder without pickles alright? Just kidding, I don't eat at McDonald's. That midsection leads me to believe you do. Go Fuck Yourself!

    Sounds like someone is about to win a big lawsuit from NJTransit. Burning Korans or Bibles or flags might be ignorant, but it's free speech. So unless his actions are covered by some clause in his contract (such as the Hatch Act governing political activities while in uniform) and he violated it, he's probably going to get his job back, and possibly a pile of cash with it.

    Just to be clear, I agree that this guy is an idiot and probably a douchebag. But I'm not sure that is cause for firing someone (in the absence of a contractual agreement that bars being an idiot or douchebag). We'll see what happens, but this dude is going to wind up with even more of your brother's tax dollars as a result of this...

    I think my company actually does have clauses in our contract about not being an idiot or a douchebag in public. Those suckers clearly don't know about the Den or the real SS cause I keep get promoted like the death star exploded!
