Football Educational Post

10-16 for 188 yards and 2 TDs, team scores 21 points with him in the game. 4-6 for 70 yards 1 TD and 1 lost fumble, team scores 7 points and gives up the ball at their own 20 with him in the game. Number 1 picks are better than number 2 picks. Any questions?

  1. That pass to #17 was pretty good, but let's ease off the gas on the first preseason game. I never played real football(after the age of 10 or so), but that chincy shit over the middle, particularly the 60-some odd yard touchdown catch that got the whole business started, that shit ain't gonna fly. No way no how. I don't see much in Indy. Philly is a train wreck only eclipsed by the mess in Dallas. I think it's DC/Gmen and it will be competitive. RGIII can ball. Y'all are better off underdogs. Super Bowl Champs is nice, it's also a big mutha fuckin' bullseye...

  2. Yeah I get the Luck played the Rams I just can't stand the f'ing DC media actiing like RGIII walked on water in that first pre-season game. He had one good drive, one 3 and out, and another 3 and fuble the ball on your own 20 yard line. That isn't walking on water, that's Rex Grossman.

All around the country people get excited for football season and I honestly cannot stand the build up to football season. I hate it. All the Skins fans running around talkign shit believing the hype. I wish we could just fast forward to November when they realize the Skins suck and they have STFU. Maybe next year I'll spend August - November in some other country or something...

And dude I think Luck is going to be the truth. The Colts don't have much around him (but the Skins don't have much around RGIII either) but that kid can ball. He's bigger than RGIII and only marginally slower, he's legit.

  3. RGIII is obviously really talented, and had great stats in college, but I would be pretty nervous if my favorite team bet the franchise on a guy who wasn't considered a first-round draft pick until a little bit before the draft.

Luck, by contrast, is the son of a former NFL QB (and collegiate athletic director), played college ball in a pro-style offense under a former NFL quarterback, and was considered a future #1 overall pick from pretty much right after his freshman year. And these two clips pretty much tell the story of his athleticism.

  4. Dude just picked up a fumble, no one was blocking Luck, and dude just picked up a fumble off the ground, he was completely exposed for an easy tackle/hit. Place kicker or the punter could have made that tackle........besides Luck was already headed in the general direction of the fumble anyways in hopes of picking it up, the least he could do was tackle the guy......

Throw falling down was nice though.
