for the record, I do think the plan is to rebuild. Now they don't have to be forced to get a potentially mediocre/not tested QB from the draft and can focus on much needed O-line deficiencies. Plus maybe we can loan one of our 4 QBs to the Giants when Eli gets another ingrown toenail. bitch.
