    Great performance by the ACC Player of the Year. And why do I get the feeling that Maryland fans are happy about this? At least now you don't have to face the reckoning on Sunday.

    Yeah, Scheyer really distinguished himself: 15 points on 20 possessions against a D that is far worse than Georgia Tech's.

    In a lot of ways, today made the point: Scheyer has a lot more help than Vazquez does, so he was less important to his team's equivalent level of success during the regular season.

    Enjoy the ACC Tourney Title. Maybe this year you guys can follow that up with some success in the real tournament.

    HAHAHAHA. Duke fans are so cute with their excitement about winning things that don't matter. Maybe MD shouldn't have won seven games in a row going into the ACC tourney so they could blow their load a week early like the Blue Devils...

    Stat of the day: the team the ACC needed to win 13-27 from the line. The team with a bid locked up 10-13 and a center who wasn't permitted to be on the floor for more than 3 minutes at a time. I'm just saying...
